AIMS Hospitality Week is being organised by AIMS School of Hospitality & Tourism as an international event with some of the top
institutions participating in the event over 5 days (05-09 February 2018). The main objective of this event is to bring together
professionals, educators, students, food lovers, and food critics on a single platform and learn from each other through sessions
like paper presentations, quiz competitions, culinary demos by celebrity chefs, etc.
Our Signature Event - AIMS Culinary Expo (is now a part of AIMS Hospitality Week) - has successfully completed 3 editions and
we are now preparing the ground for the 4th Edition scheduled in February 2018.
The main objective of the expo is to provide a platform for students, professional chefs, and food lovers to enrich themselves by
learning and competing with each other, apart from watching some of the top chefs from the industry display their skills live.
In 2018 (Edition 04), we are planning on bringing on board top chefs for live demos.
